The sales contact was friendly and low-pressure in explaining all the features of his product. He was very willing to answer any questions; he didn't shy away or dissemble on any answers. The Project Coordinator originally scheduled a date, but rescheduled that morning because the installer ran into additional issues at the job prior to ours. (The PC could have notified us at the end of the previous day, it seems to me. I had arranged to go to work late on the install date so my wife would not need to take time away from our new baby to deal with him.) The installer did an excellent job, cleaning up everything.
