I was very impressed with this company. The prices were competitive and they were willing to start in two weeks. Owner very honest. I would have chosen this company, but my husband selected a different company that can do all our projects. (Our primary job is as roof, and he hired a roofer who also does handyman jobs.)

Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring in 19073
Very courteous. Job was done quickly. However, David did not tell me until he arrived to do the job that he would be charging me for travel time to my house (one hour) at the same rate as working time ($100 per hour) as well as $35 for travel time back. Also, he charged me the $100 per hour rate while he and the other man sat outside my house, waiting for glue to dry, even though it would take at least several hours to dry completely. After 45 minutes, I asked him to leave and told him that I would take the chance that it would work. Still, the job seems to have been done well, and I am pleased, overall. I would recommend them.

Build an Addition in 19355
Working with Dave was an absolute pleasure. We put on a 2 floor addition and made many other modifications including a new kitchen, new bathroom and completely renovated second floor. Dave was very upfront and detailed during the proposal phase and then delivered the project on time and on budget. This was an extremely complicated project which had potential to drag on and have cost overruns but Dave pushed hard to make sure we stayed on budget were back in our home in the timeframe he outlined initially. Dave is a really hard worker and expects perfection. He is exactly the type of contractor you would like to work with. Give him a try.
