Sal from American Construction addressed the problem quickly, which was water penetration around two windows. He was able to fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. While we won't know for sure that the water penetration has stopped until some time has passed, Sal did provide a guaranty to cover us if the water penetration continued or returned. He was also very easy to work with regarding payment arrangements

Got the job done in 2 days (the minimum needed for the stucco work) at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them even if it weren't impossible to find someone that wants a stucco repair job (had people quoting 3X the price since they really didn't want to do it).
