Everybody I dealt with was exceptional. The office staff that scheduled the work, the service personnel that fixed our heater quickly and efficiently, and the office staff that courteously and professionally reminded us that we hadn't paid our outstanding bill that we erroneously thought we had paid (sorry about that). We'll definitely use them again the next time we need work done.

Only contracter that would return my call. Pretty expensive, but when you have no other choice, and you need something fixed imediately, I suppose you can deal with the high hourly rate and travel charge ($30)
