The installers encountered several problems and were able to manage to do exactly what I wanted done. Although it was difficult, they came up with a solution. They were polite, very professional and very helpful in offering tips to help us make the most of our new carpet. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job on the floors. Their were a few delays but Brian always let me know what was happening so it was no problem. They were unavoidable and the job was really completed in a timely maqnner. I ran into a small difficulty about molding but I did not read the contract carefully enough so it was really not their problem.
