Mr. Nathaniel Owens quickly responded to my request for help regarding my broken wine refrigerator. He was able to assess that the control board was shot. Unfortunately the manufacturer discontinued the product and therefore no replacement was available. That said, I received a 100% refund for the purchase price from my extended warranty (with supporting documentation provided by Mr. Owens). Would definitely recommend his services to others.
