I received a call from the company the morning after service magic confirmed my request. Michael was very polite and informative on the phone. No question went unanswered.
Michael and Joseph were very prompt the day they arrived to install the unit. They again explained what would occur and we discussed other options that morning. The area was cleaner when they left then before they arrived.
Michael did a follow-up call to be sure I did the mantatory testing of the unit and again to be sure I had no other problems or concerns.
