Robert Conner worked around my work schedule and visited my home at 6:30 A. M. I had been experiencing a damp, musty, and penetrating smell. Using his infrared camera and professional expertise, he determined the origin of the moisture and subsequent odor and that there wasn’t mold. He clearly explained and gave suggestions for what my next steps should be to eliminate the problem.
