Robert DiBiasio is a very good plumber, if you need a small project. His prices are very low, compared to other plumbers. He is polite and professional, but very young and inexperienced. He was not able to do a large project, which inviolved breaking the cement and diggint out the main water shut off valve on the curb. Actually, he waited two days to get back to me, while my basement was floodded. I finally hired Roto Rooter for this job. They did the job in one day, and also helped me get a temporary credit card to cover that job.
