They were great. I got home from work to find out that my only toilet was backed up and my husband was ill I was first told that no one was available that evening because the only free man was at the hospital helping his wife deliver a baby. Less than an hour later, Greg called back to say that he had called around to find someone so I wouldn't have to go all night without a working toilet. By then, I knew I had to take my husband to the hospital, so we set a time for the next day. The toilet was fixed in no time. Two friends had plumbing emergencies that week and they were equally impressed with the prompt response and quality of work.
