| the guy was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. he answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure. the poor guy even got hurt in my basement (cut himself badly on the top of his head...bleeding perfusely) but he contined to work and was more concerned about me (he was worried that i was afraid that he might sue me...wanted to assure me that he had no such plan...he was really great) i would recommend and use their services again, and again. |
