| Overall - very good work. Craig (my contact) was v. professional. Informed me of when changes in the original plan needed to be made promptly, often provided photos of areas where changes needed to be made. I've had the new roof for several months, and the leaks are definitely repaired and not leaking. The work came to a chunk more than originally estimated, but that had to do with there being more water damage to the bones of the house than was visible until the roof was removed. Only thing that didn't quite work out is that for some reason they couldn't ever quite get the drainage on my porch roof right. (Which is why 4 instead of 5) |

| Home Star Builders was responsive to my request. Within days, I had an appointment and estimate of the work. Their price was within the range of the other estimates. However, they provided a discount for paying in cash. Their contact person was very accessible and accommodating for payment collection and emailing finalized paperwork. The work seems to be of good quality. I have since referred them for other work. |
