| The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I cannot open my skylight without climbing onto something and pulling the chain above the feed holes. I contacted Jason about the problem and he emailed me back and when I replied telling him that I can't open it unless I climb up onto something to open or close it, he never emailed me back to fix the problem. I'm hoping he's just busy and will rectify this glitch soon.

| Mr. Harding was pleasant, he did the work for the price that he quoted. I got a call back from Mr. Harding asking if I was satisifed with his work. I was. I would recommend Mr. Harding again for other work and am thinking of doing so in the future. |
