| Joe was very detailed and helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me and often paused to ask if I had any questions. He had a keen eye and caught things that others might not have (such as a pipe that had been duct taped and painted to hide a crack and corrosion). He came out on Saturday morning, said he would try to have the report to me on Sunday, and the report was in my inbox when I woke up on Monday morning. The price was very reasonable and was an overall very good experience. |

| Joe Michalski from Sherlock inspections was very thorough and sufficient. Joe inspects the house looking at every single detail and explaining everything to you in simpler terms. Even talking to him on the phone before we meet, I felt sure that my home inspection with Sherlock homes would be great. The money spent was well worth it. The seller after he left was amazed at how thorough he was. She said " I've been to many home inspections and I haven't seen any as thorough and as patient as him. He even knows what he's talking about." So that was very reassuring to me being that this was my first home inspection. Thank you service magic. |
