We set up an appointment for the next day, Monday, 7/7/08, btw. 9am and 11am. Mr. Block called me that morning to ascertain that I would be home and when I said I would be, he replied he is on his way to my home. After inspecting the outside unit he concluded that I needed a capacitor replacement. In less than 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor and checked out the entire unit, and saw that some wiring needed replacement and completed the job. My central Air has been working better than before it went on the blink. Mr Block was professional in his demeanor and his integrity and honesty in today's climate was beyond reproach. The cost was a reasonable amount for the work done. Mr. Block could have told me what another A/C Company had told me, i.e., I needed to replace the entire central A/C Unit. His diagnosis was actually made over the phone the night before when I expalined what the A/C was not doing. He stated that what I described could possibly be the capacitor. I cannot thank him enough and also your service for recommending him.
